  1. Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS)/National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) Presentation on Assessing either Experiential Education or Post-Graduate Supervised Practice in Potential Non-Exam Pathways (Logan Cornett, Danette McKinley, Deborah Merritt)
  2. Discussion and Recommendations Regarding Proposed Framework for the Non-Exam Pathway.

B. Discussion and Recommendation of Pathways to Licensure for Out-of-State Law School Applicants, Out-of-State Attorneys, Foreign Attorneys, and Foreign-Educated Applicants.
