I. Public Comment
A. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 6095(a) the State Bar shall annually hold at least two public hearings to hear proposals on State Bar disciplinary procedures, attorney competency, and admissions procedures. This meeting comprises one of those two public hearings.
